How does access work?
We’re a nonprofit and keep costs accessible, so we don’t always have staff onsite. When you book a room, you’ll receive a unique access code that grants entry to the gates, our entrance, and your reserved room for the exact time of your booking. You’re responsible for arriving on time, securing the space during your session, and leaving the room as you found it when your booking ends.
Is insurance required?
Yes. You must carry professional liability insurance and list The Healing Collective Utah, Inc. as Additionally Insured. Proof is required before you can rent rooms. You may use any provider. We recommend Massage Liability Insurance Group (no kickbacks to us):

What does membership cost?
There is a $100 administrative fee that covers your background check and your first month of membership. After that, membership is $25/month (month-to-month, cancel anytime). Membership gives you access to discounted room rates, business support, education, and promotion (we’ll feature you on our website and send an email to our list introducing your business). You can cancel anytime and continue at non-member rates.
Do I need to tour before applying?
We strongly recommend scheduling a tour before completing the background check. This helps you make sure The Healing Collective is the right fit and helps us avoid unnecessary background check costs if you decide not to move forward.
