At The Healing Collective, we are committed to making our wellness studio accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to ensure that our website and physical space provide equal access and opportunity for all.
Our building
We're at 2464 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401. Here's what to expect when you visit:
- Parking: please use the lot behind the building. Street parking on 25th Street is two-hour only.
- Entrance: our main entrance is on the back (east) side of the building. You come through a gate and down the stairs to the far left (south) door.
- Doors: the outside doors stay locked, and we don't always have staff on site. Practitioners meet their clients at the entrance.
- Rooms: our rooms are on the second and third floors.
If the stairs, the gate or a keypad would make your visit difficult, or if you need any other arrangement, please contact us before your visit so we can talk through what will work for you.
Our website
We've built this website to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. So far:
- The site's language is set, so screen readers read each page in the right language.
- A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users jump past the menu.
- Each page has one main heading, with its sections organized under it.
- Links, buttons and form fields show a clear outline when you reach them with a keyboard.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the fade-in effects as you scroll are switched off.
- Pages fit a phone screen without scrolling sideways.
We haven't had an independent accessibility audit, so we don't claim that the site meets a particular WCAG conformance level.
Known limitations
- The Neurova Labs page has a short, silent video that plays automatically and repeats.
- Payments are made on secure pages provided by Stripe, and the Neurova Labs booking calendar is provided by TidyCal. We can't control how accessible those pages are. If one of them doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll help.
