These are the terms for The Healing Collective texts, the text messages The Healing Collective sends to people who ask for them.
What we send
- News about our classes and events, to people who signed up for texts.
- Booking and door-access messages for practitioners: confirmations and reminders for the rooms they book, and how to get in.
How you sign up
Tick the “Text me about classes, events and bookings” box on our sign-up form, or sign up on our texts page. The box is never ticked for you, and we keep a note of when you agreed and the words you saw.
How often
Message frequency varies. Booking messages only come when you have a booking.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop, or to get help
- Reply STOP to any text to cancel. We will send one text to confirm, and then no more.
- Reply HELP to any text for help, or call us at 801-989-8433 or email info@healingcollectiveutah.org.
Your number stays with us
We don’t sell or share mobile numbers. Your number, and your agreement to get texts, are never passed to anyone for their own marketing. The only outside service that sees your number is the one that delivers our texts. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
The small print
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our texts are for US mobile numbers only.
